We were selected by a major metropolitan city to map human services and health related services to federal enterprise architecture models and align their software portfolio mix. We are leading a process and technology modernization program for a large Maryland based county. This initiative, part of a larger population health effort for integrated case management, will ensure that staff is efficiently utilizing available information to be more effective in their decision-making which leads to better outcomes for their vulnerable safety net clients.
